Customer Service
Order Processing
It is our service policy to ship orders within 48 hours of receipt, provided the order is placed by 2:00 p.
m. MST Monday through Friday. However, in most cases the order is shipped within 24 hours of
receipt. Web orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next available business day.
National holidays are exempt. Some methods of payment such as PayPal or eCheck may take up to 5
business days to process. In this case, orders will ship within 48 hours of cleared payment.
Back-ordered Items
NSC stocks most products in our warehouses, however back-orders can occasionally happen due to
high customer demand, availability from manufacturers, and other manufacturing delays. NSC is not
liable for losses you incur due to delayed or back-ordered items. Please note that NSC makes every
effort to keep you informed of back-orders including offering alternative items that may be acceptable
substitutes with your permission. Once a back-ordered item is available, it will ship immediately at no
additional cost to customer.

Pricing
We make every effort to offer the highest quality tattoo supplies, medical supplies and body piercing
supplies at the lowest possible prices. Occasionally we make changes if there's a significant
increase from a manufacturer or material costs force us to do so. All pricing and product information
in our catalog or websites will always present the most current pricing information and supersedes
all previous information.
Special Terms and Conditions
COD's are accepted with the following policies: No personal checks or cash are accepted, COD's
must be paid with a cashiers check or money order, and a $15.00 COD charge will be applied to
each shipping box. All COD packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx. If COD is not paid and
shipment is returned to NSC, customer is responsible for all applicable shipping fees and we will
NOT ship COD to address/customer again. NO EXCEPTIONS
Shipping
Customer prepays all shipping charges during checkout. There are some exceptions for distributors,
larger orders or promotions. All standard shipments will arrive in 3-5 business days in the continental
US unless there's severe weather conditions beyond our control or package was lost or damaged by
carrier. In the case of lost and damaged shipments, we'll investigate and replace/reship if necessary.
International shipments will arrive between 7-15 business days. APO, AK, GU, HI and PR shipments
will arrive in 3-7 business days. Next day requests must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. MST to be
processed same day. Next day requests placed on Friday before 2:00 p.m. MST will ship same day
and arrive the following Monday. Next day requests placed after 2:00 p.m. MST Friday, Saturday or
Sunday will not be processed until following Monday and arrive Tuesday. Saturday deliveries are
available if order placed by phone and specifically requested.
Claims
NSC carefully inspects, digitally records, documents and electronically weighs all orders prior to
shipping. In the rare event your shipment was damaged in transit or is incorrect please contact us
within 5 working days for prompt rectification. We investigate all lost/damaged items and shipments
thoroughly and customer may be contacted by claims representatives of carrier and/or NSC.
Legitimate claims will be rectified immediately. Fraudulent claims may result in legal action and you
will no longer be allowed to purchase from our catalogs or websites.
Returning Items
Electronics can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt of shipment. All other products
can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Non-returnable items would
include any product that is used, special order, items that have been marked or engraved, broken
packaging, items not sent back in original packaging, customized items, items tampered with by
customer, any sterile product that has been opened, items purchased for resale, items determined
not to be in resalable condition, all liquids including inks, soaps, sanitizers and after care products.
Customer is responsible for shipping fees to and from resulting from customer error. If NSC makes
an error in fulfilling or shipping your order, we will promptly rectify the mistake at no cost to you. If
customer changes mind or made error when ordering, customer is fully responsible for shipping
fees. Upon receipt of an authorized return, a Credit or exchange will be processed. Before contacting
us to initiate a return/exchange, please have the following information ready:
1. NSC Invoice or order number
2. Product description, part number and serial number if applicable.
3. A brief explanation for returning or exchanging.
4. Provide the size of shipping box.
NSC will send prepaid postage and instructions to customer.
1. Print and affix postage label to box
2. Enclose a copy of our original invoice in the box.
3. Drop off at appropriate shipping facility (USPS, UPS or FedEx)
Once return/exchange is received, we'll process immediately. NSC determines the shipping method
and level of service.
In-store purchases
