I provided an incorrect shipping
address, what should I do?



 
Please notify us as soon as possible. If
your package has not been shipped, we can
notify our shipping department.

If your package has already been shipped
and is still in route, we can attempt to
intercept the package and have it re-routed.

If the package has already been delivered to
the incorrect address, it is your responsibility
to arrange for pick up unless it has been
returned to Needle Supply.

If the package is returned to Needle Supply,
we will re-ship the original package to the
correct address once it is returned to us. We
may require the customer to pay for any
additional shipping costs.

If package was shipped to the incorrect
address due to an error on our part, we will
incur any additional shipping costs.
