We had several issues (our fault) ordering online. But simply sending out emails, things were resolved quickly. We talked to Customer Service, very helpful and friendly too. We recently opened a tattoo shop in the Dominican Republic and sourcing out supplies with several different suppliers had always been a problem for us until we found needlessly.com. Thanks for making our lives easier. All of our orders came in good condition.
