At 28.67 mm, the HL Ratchet Grips are newly designed to ergonomically fit the hand perfect while tattooing and have a internal ratcheting mechanism inside to insure the grip stays in place after adjustment even on heavier machines. Our adjustable grips are crafted using high quality aircraft-grade billet aluminum and are chrome or black chrome plated. They fit our Omni V2 machine and any other machine that accepts a Cheyenne style grip.

Each grip is assembled by hand and tested before sending out to ensure quality control.

Had to grab this before they ran out due to Hard Life no longer making machines anymore. It runs like a charm from big to small grouping needles. Very pleased with Needle Supply for just shipping/delivery.
