This DURING PROCEDURE anesthetic spray has a vascular constrictor for fast acting pain relief, and reduced bleeding and swelling. Formulated at this strength for relief of anorectal disorders, this spray lidocaine is highly effective on open skin. Just spray, let numb a few minutes, then clean off and go. Remember to always remove anesthetics before continuing with your procedure. This liquid 4oz anesthetic comes with a spray top. Developed for relief of anorectal disorders, this powerful 5% lidocaine liquid anesthetic is for use during procedures. It is safe for use on all procedures except eyeliner. It also contains a vascular constrictor to aid in reducing swelling and bleeding. Because this product contains epinephrine, a vascular constrictor, it should only be used once in each area. Remember to always remove anesthetics before continuing with your procedure.

Used the spray after the outline was complete and a second application after another hour. This spray worked very well, it got to the point that I wished that I did not put the second application on, because I wanted to experience a little bite from the needle.
